• This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way, if the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
• Motor run time should not exceed 5 minutes. Operator should allow motor to cool for 5 minutes between uses.
• Product must be stored in a dry location.
• Infants have suffocated on inflatable mattresses. Never place infant aged birth to 15 months to sleep on this inflatable air mattress/air bed. Infants can suffocate on an underinflated or deflated mattress, on bedding, by co-sleeping with another person, and by entrapment between the mattress and bed frame or between the mattress and a vertical surface.
• Children can be entrapped between the inflatable mattress and an adjacent vertical surface. Provide at least a shoulder width space between the inflatable mattress/airbed and adjacent vertical surfaces such as walls, dressers, or other objects.
• Always keep the inflatable mattress fully inflated when in use.

Care Instructions

• Use indoors or in a dry, protected outdoor area (camping is fine—avoid sharp rocks, thorns, and rough concrete).
• Always place on a clean, flat surface. Use a ground tarp/mat outdoors.
• Fully inflate before use and re-top off as needed to keep it firm.
• Do not exceed the stated weight capacity (Twin: 300 lbs / Queen: 600 lbs).
• Keep away from heat sources, open flames, cigarettes, and heaters.

Pump Use & Charging

• Inflate/deflate in short intervals; let the motor rest between uses if it feels warm.
• Charge fully before first use and recharge after use.
• Keep the charging port and cable dry; do not charge the pump when wet.
• Store the pump with the mattress (in the carry bag) to avoid damage/loss.

Cleaning

• Wipe with a soft cloth using mild soap and water.
• Do not use bleach, harsh cleaners, solvents, or abrasive pads.
• Let the mattress fully air-dry before storing.

Storage

• Deflate completely and fold loosely (do not crease hard in the same spots every time).
• Store in the carry bag in a cool, dry place—avoid attics/garages with extreme heat.
• Keep away from direct sunlight when not in use to reduce material aging.

Small Punctures / Leaks

• Check valve closure first (most “leaks” are valve-related).
• For a slow leak, inflate and listen/feel along seams; use a light soap-water wipe to spot bubbles.
• Patch only when the surface is clean and dry; allow full cure time before reinflating.

Returns (Free Returns)

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original components (air bed, rechargeable pump, charger/cable, nozzles, carry bag, and instructions). Opened packaging is okay as long as the product has not been used.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (shipping issues) or during the warranty period (defects). We’ll help troubleshoot and, if confirmed, provide replacement parts, a replacement unit, or another resolution—proof of purchase may be required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Not Eligible for Return

Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of use (inflated/used for sleeping), stains/odors, punctures/tears from misuse, water damage, pet damage, or is missing components.
