Getting Started

MaisonAir products are designed to be quick and easy to use. Always set up your inflatable on a clean, flat surface, away from sharp objects or heat sources. Fully inflate before use and adjust firmness as needed for comfort.

Inflation & Pumps

Some MaisonAir products include a built-in or rechargeable pump, while others use a compatible external pump. Inflate in short intervals and allow the motor to rest if it feels warm. Product pages list exactly what’s included with each item.

Firmness & Air Adjustment

It’s normal for inflatable products to need minor air adjustments, especially during first use or with temperature changes. A quick re-top will keep your bed or dome feeling firm and supportive.

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe your MaisonAir product with a soft cloth, mild soap, and water. Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, solvents, or abrasive pads. Always allow the product to fully air-dry before storing.

Storage

Deflate completely and fold loosely to avoid stress on seams. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme heat. Use the included carry bag when available.

Outdoor Use

MaisonAir products can be used outdoors in dry, protected environments such as camping. For best results, place a tarp or mat underneath and avoid sharp rocks, thorns, or rough concrete.

Troublesooting

Slow Air Loss

Most air loss is caused by valves not fully sealed or temperature changes. Check valve closure first. If needed, inflate the product and listen for escaping air or use a light soap-and-water test to locate bubbles.

Small Punctures

Minor punctures can usually be repaired with a patch kit. Make sure the surface is clean and dry, apply the patch, and allow it to fully cure before reinflating.

Pump Not Working

Ensure the pump is fully charged and the charging port is dry. If the pump feels hot, allow it to cool before restarting.

Returns & Warranty

Free Returns

MaisonAir offers free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original components.

Refunds
